As a Community Planner Paul Ellis can provide the following:
- Coordinate and take responsibility for arts programs
- Take part in the commissioning and purchasing of works of art
- Organize and promote exhibitions and events
- Develop and implement the organization's strategic plans and marketing strategies
- Manage the organization's human and financial resources, including budget preparation
- Develop and implement marketing and promotion campaigns including print, media and web solutions
- Provide education services to the public
- Make recommendations on cultural grants and corporate sponsorships
